Apaha Vatsa
Ideal for underground water tanks, boring, and wells. Associated with education and wisdom.
Shikhi
Supports the Agni zone. Good for electrical panels and heat-generating equipment.
Bhriga
Prosperity-linked zone. Benefits businesses and wealth-storage placements.
Pitra
Ancestor’s direction — keep photographs of departed elders here with respect.
Sugriva
Ideal for library, bookshelves, and study-related storage. Supports learning.
Rog
A zone requiring care — avoid sleeping in this direction regularly for health.
Nagabrata

Common Vastu issues we address.
Most properties have some Vastu concerns. Here are the issues we encounter — and solve with practical, non-demolition remedies — most often.
Misaligned main door
Entry facing south/west without cancellations, or a crack above the door frame. Most common and easily remedied.
Kitchen in wrong zone
Kitchen in the NE or SW instead of SE. Stove direction also critical — cook facing east for best results.
Toilet in sacred zone
Toilet in the NE, center (Brahma sthan), or pooja room area. Causes disruption; remedies include realignment, mirrors, or salt remedies.
Bed wrong direction
Head towards north (wrong) instead of south/east. Causes disturbed sleep, health issues. Easily fixed by rotating the bed.
Cash locker placement
Tijori or safe should ideally open towards north (Kuber direction). Placement in SE or SW weakens wealth flow.
Staircase in Brahma sthan
Central staircase is a major dosh. Remedies include color changes, specific decor, or strategic placement of Vastu yantras.
Slope towards wrong direction
Property sloping towards south or west is inauspicious. Plot-level remedies and architectural adjustments can balance energy.
Colors clashing zones
Wrong color in a specific zone (e.g., red in the north) causes energetic imbalance. Simple to fix with paint or decor changes.
Irregular plot shape
Plots with cuts, extensions, or odd angles (L-shape, U-shape, triangular) require specific corrective rituals and design adaptations.

Will I need to break walls or demolish anything?
No. Our Vastu approach deliberately focuses on practical remedies that don’t require demolition or major reconstruction. In 90%+ cases, issues are resolved with:
- Room repurposing (convert storage into bedroom etc.)
- Furniture repositioning
- Color corrections
- Yantra placements
- Mirror adjustments
- Light and ventilation changes
Only in rare cases of severely misaligned plots or new construction do we recommend structural changes.
What documents or photos do I need to submit?
You’ll need:
- Floor plan (blueprint or hand-drawn with dimensions)
- Directional orientation (which way does main door face — use compass or Google Maps)
- Photos of each room, main entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, toilets
- Plot details (for plot Vastu — dimensions, shape, surrounding buildings)

Is online Vastu as accurate as a physical site visit?
For 95% of properties, yes. With a floor plan, directional orientation, and photos, our experts can accurately identify all major Vastu doshas and prescribe appropriate remedies.
Physical site visits become important only for:

- Irregular plot shapes with complex surrounding topography
- Cases where environmental factors (nearby temples, water bodies, roads) need site-level assessment

Noticeable changes typically occur within 30 to 90 days of complete implementation. Faster improvements are often reported in:

Can I do Vastu remedies myself without consultation?
Some general principles can be applied on your own (main door direction, bed position, kitchen orientation). Our blog covers many of these.
However, wrong remedies can cause more issues than they solve. Specific placements of yantras, crystal corrections, and mirror remedies must match your exact property, facing direction, and existing features. A ₹2,100 consultation prevents years of misaligned effort and often unnecessary purchases.
Is Vastu the same as Feng Shui?
No. Both are ancient systems of spatial energy but with fundamental differences:
- Vastu is from the Indian Vedic tradition (5,000+ years), based on the 5 elements, 8 directions, and 16 zones, using the Vastu Purusha as a geometric framework.
- Feng Shui is from Chinese tradition, uses the Bagua map and Yin-Yang principles, and focuses on chi flow.
Mixing them can create conflicts. We stick strictly to classical Vastu Shastra principles.
Can I get a refund if Vastu remedies don’t work?
