You can still use the app with an approximate birth time, though interpretations based on Ascendant (Lagna) and houses may be less precise. Options:

• Check your birth certificate or hospital record — most include birth time
• Ask your parents or family members who were present at birth
• Use 12:00 noon as a fallback — this generates a valid chart but house placements may shift
• Consult a Nadi Jyotish expert for birth-time rectification based on life events

Yes. The app interface supports English, Hindi, and regional languages. During astrologer consultations, you can filter by language — our astrologers speak Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, and Punjabi. Select your preferred language in Settings → Language.

Every time you start a chat or call with an astrologer you haven’t consulted before, the first 5 minutes are completely free. Key points:

• No payment method required to use the free minutes
• At the 4-minute mark, you’ll be asked whether you want to continue
• If you decline, the session ends at 5 minutes with zero charge
• If you continue, per-minute billing starts from minute 6
• The free 5 minutes apply once per astrologer — so you can try 11 different astrologers for 55 free minutes total

Voice and video consultations are on our roadmap and will be introduced once we’ve built the infrastructure to maintain our same quality standards.

Per-minute rates range from ₹6 to ₹20 per minute depending on astrologer tier and specialization:

• Silver tier (Ananya Verma, Pandit Rajeev, Neha Mishra): ₹6–₹8/min
• Gold tier (most Vedic, Hast Rekha, Tarot experts): ₹10–₹15/min
• Gold PhD tier (Dr. Priya Sharma, Dr. Vinod Kapoor): ₹12–₹18/min
• Elite tier (Guru Amrit Singh, Pt. Brij Mohan): ₹15–₹20/min

Rates are always displayed before you start and include all taxes.

Session length depends entirely on your question and how deep you want to go:

• Quick Prashn (yes/no question): 5–10 minutes
• Specific life question (career, relationship, timing): 15–25 minutes
• Full Kundli analysis: 30–45 minutes
• Comprehensive reading with remedies: 45–60 minutes

You can end the session anytime. Some users do multiple shorter follow-ups instead of one long session.

Good questions are specific and situational. Examples:

• “Is the next 6 months favorable for job change?” (better than “will I get a job?”)
• “What should I know before this marriage?” (better than “will I get married?”)
• “Should I prioritize business expansion or wait?” (better than “when will I be rich?”)
• “What’s influencing my current health struggles astrologically?”

Avoid asking for specific lottery numbers, exact stock predictions, or questions requiring medical/legal/financial expertise.

Yes, all sessions are automatically logged for your own reference and dispute protection. Key facts:

• Only you can access your chat transcripts under Settings → Session History
• The astrologer does not retain session records after the session ends
• Our dispute team accesses records only if you raise a dispute
• Session data is retained for 90 days from session date, then automatically deleted (unless a dispute is active)
• Recordings are encrypted with AES-256 at rest

Absolutely. It’s actually a good practice for important life questions — different astrologers may draw different insights from the same chart, especially across traditions (Vedic vs KP vs Nadi). Many users consult 2–3 astrologers and look for consistent themes across their readings.

Remember: your free 5 minutes applies per astrologer, so exploring multiple experts can be done at minimal cost.

No. During consultations, astrologers see only:

• Your display name (whatever you chose, not your legal name)
• Your Kundli (birth date, time, place — needed for reading)
• The chat content of the current session

They do not see your phone number, email, full address, payment details, or any other identifying information. You can also chat under a pseudonym if you prefer.

No. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We don’t embed third-party ad tracking SDKs in the app. We use privacy-respecting analytics (self-hosted Plausible) that don’t track individual users.

Our revenue comes entirely from consultations, subscriptions, and product sales — not from data.

Yes, anytime. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. Upon deletion:

• Your account is immediately deactivated
• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• Kundli, chat history, and session recordings are removed
• Payment records are retained for 8 years as required by tax law (anonymized where possible)
• Remaining wallet balance (above ₹100) can be refunded if requested within 30 days

You can also download all your data (JSON/PDF) before deletion from Settings → Privacy & Data → Download My Data.
